Mexican bake...[and your favorite recipes]

This is one of our favorite recipes! My friend Liz made it for us last year on our trip to Tennessee and we have been hooked ever since! Not to mention, it’s super easy!
Ingredients:
1lb of ground beef[or turkey]
1 1/2 cup of cheese
Crumbled fritos[enough to cover the dish]
1 can of crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 350
Place crescent rolls[rolled out flat] on the bottom of a pyrex dish[or clear baking dish]
Cook for 7-8 minutes or until the rolls are getting slightly done
Add meat, cheese, and crumbled fritos on top
Cook for 7-8 more minutes or until the bottom of the crescent rolls are golden brown!
Fix-in's on the side:
Add your favorite mexican ingredients on top:) Our favorites are refried beans, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and guacamole!
Easy, easy, easy, AND SUPER YUMMY!
Tell me one of your families favorite recipes!

We have Santa squares every Christmas morning, but they are always a hit at parties too!

2 cans crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage
2 cups cheese
1 egg

Roll out one can of crescent rolls on the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Brown the sausage and drain. Mix sausage, egg, and cheese together and spread over crescent rolls. Roll out second can on top. My trick here is I roll it out on parchment paper, press it together and then flip it over on top. It is much easier that way than to try to press it together over the mixture. Bake following the crescent roll directions but add about 5 minutes.

Yummy!!!

It is super yummy. However, the recipe I have uses crumbled doritos instead of fritos and we layer them between the meet and rolls and then top the dish with more doritos. Love this recipe! My mom has made it since I was a kid!
