Baked spaghetti, Lebanon, and New Years….

Last week, we visited Kaz’s parents in Fairview Heights, Illinois. It was a great trip as always!
One day while we were there, we visited Lebanon. It’s a really cool little city that has a lot of unique stores (mom and pop). I love older cities like that and have always wondered what it would be like to live there…We walked through the stores, sipped on hot chocolate and walked through this very tiny little park(Honestly it’s the smallest park I’ve ever been in, BUT it was really cool!). Below are a few pictures from our time in Lebanon (It reminds me of towns you see in old movies).

New Year’s Eve we went out to dinner with some of Kaz’s friends from high school (Kevin and Joelle) on the Hill in St. Louis. We went to a restaurant called Charlie Gitto’s. It was a very swanky Italian restaurant. I ordered the baked spaghetti…Literally when I finished it didn’t even look like I touched the plate! They were very generous on the helpings! If you are ever in St. Louis and want to eat a great older Italian Restaurant check out Charlie Gitto’s! Below are a few pictures from our time in St. Louis!
