3. I was really disturbed recently at a wedding because there were a few kids[ages 6-8] and they knew every word to the Black Eyed Peas Song “Boom Boom Pow” and Tik Tok by Ke$ha..…I was just really surprised. They even sang all the words like they knew what those words meant…
4. I’ve been having a lot of upper back pains on my right side. I’ve tried everything…massages in the mall, muscle rub, etc. I thought for awhile it was just a knot….now I think it’s stress….Help, how do I get rid of it?
5. Last, BUT certainly not least I get my sweet Miley back today! :) I’m so excited! I haven’t seen her a week and a half! I’m super excited…My parents are coming down this afternoon and I finally get her back with me:)

I love that you said that you got a massage in the mall! I always try to avoid those people because I think they are extra pushy or something, or maybe it's just that I don't want anyone seeing me get a massage in the mall! But I could totally go for one of those!

ReplyDeleteIs it a knot? Because back pain where you are describing it can also mean gallstones!! Are you having anything that feels like indigestion or a hard time swallowing or eating- like feeling full after just a few bites. If so- call your doctor!!

I love that lamp! And I am with you...I find it really strange that parents' let their kids listen to that kind of music! Our radio stays on the local Christian music station...that way I know they are singing about inappropriate stuff!

As for the kids knowing all the words, when I taught you should see what some 4 and 5 year olds knew!!! Surprised the heck out of me. Just reminds me of how I want to raise my kids and how the media and a lot of "naughty" music is not good for you!

* I know what you mean by about the trying to do too many things at once, You see a craft you want to make it, you see some kind of skill and want to learn how to do it and make something for yourself and 100 of your friends and family! I know the feeling! Why do we overwhelm ourselves?!
*Know what if feels like to feel bad for letting the hubs do so much. I think as women and wives we feel like we should be superwomen and do EVERYTHING we do and still have a spotless house and 3 homemade meals a day and so on, but I think helpful husbands are Gods way of helping us out even though we want to do it all sometimes.
